Enduring Powers of Attorney
An enduring power of attorney is used to appoint someone to make financial and/or personal decisions on your behalf.
For financial decisions, you can nominate whether you want the attorney to begin making financial decisions for you straight away or at some other date or occasion, such as
once you’ve lost capacity to make these decisions. Your attorney’s power to make personal decisions only commences when you lose capacity to make these decisions.
The Wills and Estates team at CSD Law can assist you in preparing Enduring Powers of Attorney to ensure your future peace of mind. We will walk you through the process, ensuring that you understand each and every step and are prepared for any different situations that might arise so you can make the best decision.
